Upgrade pfSense box - current system

Currently my pfSense based on:

Intel D945GSEJT Mini-ITX with ATOM on it.

Onboard Realtek 8111DL Gigabit Ethernet.
Intel PCI Gigabit Ethernet.
1GB DDR2 SO-DIMM memory.
Intel 80GB SSD.
