My Supermacro SAS adapter/Marvell 88SE9485 SAS controller support has been removed from Redhat 7/8.
Check for the model:

Install mvsas from https://elrepo.org/linux/dud/el8/x86_64/

yum install kmod-mvsas
Set /etc/stinit.def
